Home Care Administrative Services, LLC, is a new Alabama company whose purpose is to help Alabama’s senior citizens and people with disabilities take advantage of the State’s Medicaid Waiver for the Elderly and Disabled Program. This program provides the funding that allows individuals, who would otherwise need to live in a nursing home, to live instead in their own homes and communities. HCAS is currently in the process of qualifying to serve as a “vendor fiscal/employer agent” (F/EA). As an F/EA, our goal will be to provide seniors and people with disabilities with a high level of choice and control over the use of their state-approved funds while at the same time providing fiscal accountability to the State. We hope to begin providing services soon and until then we ask that you please bear with us.
